8月10号，业主的数据库出现重大故障。

ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'F:ORADATABJTSMCREDO01.LOG'
ORA-27070: skgfdisp: async read/write failed
OSD-04016: 异步 I/O 请求排队时出错。

查查disk_asynch_io和_lgwr_async_io
然后你查查windows 2003和你们的存储设备是不是都支持对raw或者file system的异步。
只好等去业主处看了
